Blue LOOP Originals was founded by Ideavelop and focuses on creating high-quality clothing, footwear, and accessories made from recycled materials. In 2013, we decided to launch our own brand after realizing how much textile waste was being incinerated or dumped in landfills, while only a small percentage was actually being recycled. This inspired us to innovate: how could we turn ‘discarded’ materials into something valuable again?
Our first challenge was the denim jeans — the most iconic garment of all time. What began with recycled denim quickly expanded into a broader approach using other materials, such as old wool sweaters and polyester.
Blue LOOP Originals aims to transform the fashion industry by turning leftover materials—such as worn-out clothing, used shoes, and old tents—into new, functional, and stylish products.
With the mission WORN to REBORN, Blue LOOP Originals gives discarded materials a second life, contributing to a circular economy. We believe that fashion is not only about aesthetics, but can also play a crucial role in reducing our ecological footprint. By using recycled materials, we make the clothing industry more sustainable and raise awareness about reuse and recycling.
In recent years, we’ve collaborated with mavericks, misfits, rebels, and adventurers to push the boundaries of recycling. Because those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who actually do.
